How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that certain professional-grade chemicals or hazardous materials may require ground shipping and additional handling time.
Do you offer professional discounts for makeup artists?
Yes, we offer a Pro Program for industry professionals. To apply, please submit your portfolio link or professional credentials through our contact page to receive exclusive trade pricing.
What is your return policy on cosmetics?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used makeup, prosthetics, or hair products. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Local pickup is available at our warehouse location during business hours. Simply select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout and wait for your confirmation email before arriving.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many countries worldwide; however, certain SFX liquids and aerosols are restricted to domestic shipping only due to international flight safety regulations.
