Returns & Exchanges

At Stage and Screen FX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional makeup and special effects supplies. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that for hygiene reasons, used cosmetics and prosthetics cannot be returned.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Process

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
